and Liberated Wellness

This session will offer you insights into co-designing  community solutions and fostering environments where every individual feels valued and supported.


Objectives:

1) Implement 3 practical applications of resilience-based models to foster supportive and inclusive environments within schools to enhance well-being and academic performance

2) Utilize mindfulness-based practices to effectively address and mitigate stress and anxiety among students and staff, contributing to a healthier and more productive school community

3) Integrate data-driven, culturally tailored interventions through a design justice approach to accurately identify and address the specific needs of your school population, and ensure equitable access to resources and support for all students while promoting social justice and equity
