Description: The Peck School, a co-ed, K-8, independent school in Morristown, NJ, seeks a part time Lower School (Kindergarten-Fourth Grade) licensed school psychologist or licensed psychologist with significant experience in a school environment to join a dynamic school community. The ideal candidate will have a background in child development, including learning support, as well as social and emotional functioning. The Lower School Psychologist must administer and interpret assessments, consult with teachers on student learning, and monitor student progress. In addition, he or she will consult with parents when necessary and provide tools and strategies for positive peer interactions. The Psychologist also facilitates training with staff and parents on relevant topics and provides in-class instruction on health and wellness topics.
Doctoral Level Certified School Psychologist, preferred.
Licensed Psychologist with significant School Experience, required.
